1stComm Networks utilizes a dedicated advanced spam blocking server that vigorously prevents our subscribers from sending any kind of spam. Our servers also stop incoming spam in it's tracks. Spammers are currently using the 1stcomm.net domain name to spoof senders addresses on spam email. These "spoofed" emails did not originate from 1stComm Networks users, nor were they relayed through our servers. Unfortunately, because our servers never even see these emails, we have no control over the fraudulent use of our domain name. We will vigorously pursue legal means to stop and punish unscrupulous spammers as we discover their identities. |
