We use what we call modular pricing.  We start with the basic Website and add the necessary features.  Each module has a set price so you know what your cost will be before the site is even complete.  Many developers will just quote their hourly rate and make no promises as to how long the project will take.  Even though we have to charge hourly rates for some features such as custom graphics and programming, we will quote a 'Not To Exceed' cost so that you have no big surprises when the project is complete.  We take pride in saying that there are no hidden costs.  The agreed-upon price is what you will pay.
